How to play
Numbered circles scatter across the screen and you tap them in order: 1, 2, 3 and up. Every target slowly fades away, and if one vanishes before you reach it, the run is over. Tapping the wrong number also ends the run. Clear a level and the next one adds another target to track.
Tips
- The next number in line glows yellow. Trust the highlight instead of rescanning the whole board.
- Targets appear in numbered order, one beat apart, so watching the spawns hands you the route for free.
- Plan one tap ahead: while your finger lands on 3, your eyes should already be locked on 4.
- Every target lives around five seconds, so treat each level as one short sprint, not a stroll.
Two things at once
Target Rush asks you to find the next number and to notice which targets are about to disappear, and the two demands pull against each other. Every circle fades steadily from the moment it appears, so the target you need may be the one you should have found first. A player who only reads numbers will lose to a fading circle; a player who only watches fading will tap the wrong number. Balancing the two is the game.
The next number in the sequence glows yellow, which is a large hint if you use it. Each cleared level adds a target to track, so the difficulty comes from the crowd rather than the clock.
Clearing more levels
- Trust the yellow glow. It marks the next target, so you never need to read every number on screen.
- After each tap, look for the next glow immediately. The delay between taps is where runs die.
- Notice which circles are faintest. If the next target is fading fast, take it before it goes, even if the one after it is closer.
- Keep your finger or cursor near the centre of the screen between taps, so every target is roughly the same distance away.
- Tapping the wrong number ends the run just as surely as losing a target, so a half second of certainty is worth having.
-FAQ
Common questions
How do I know which target is next?
The next number in the sequence glows yellow, so you can follow the highlight instead of scanning every circle.
What ends the run?
Either a target fading away before you reach it, or tapping a number out of order.
How does difficulty increase?
Each level you clear adds one more target to the next level, so the screen gets more crowded rather than the timer getting shorter.
