How to Play Color IQ

Test your color perception by finding the tile that's a slightly different shade. This game measures how well your eyes can distinguish subtle color variations.

  1. A grid of colored tiles appears
  2. One tile is a slightly different shade
  3. Tap the odd tile to advance to the next level
  4. Colors get increasingly similar as you progress

Scoring

You have 3 lives. The game ends when you run out. Higher levels mean sharper color vision!

  • Level 10: Average color perception
  • Level 25: Above average
  • Level 40+: Exceptional color vision

Fun Fact: About 1 in 12 men and 1 in 255 women have some form of color vision deficiency. Tetrachromats (people with 4 color receptors) may see millions more colors than average!
