How to Play Blackjack

Blackjack is the classic casino card game also known as 21. Your goal is to beat the dealer by getting a hand value as close to 21 as possible without going over (busting).

Place your bet to receive two cards face up
Choose to Hit (take another card) or Stand (keep your hand)
Number cards are worth their face value, face cards are 10, Aces are 1 or 11
Beat the dealer's hand without exceeding 21 to win!

Basic Strategy

Always hit on 11 or less. Stand on 17 or higher. With 12-16, stand if the dealer shows 2-6, otherwise hit. Double down on 10 or 11 when you have more than the dealer's up card.

Fun Fact: Blackjack has the lowest house edge of any casino game when played with perfect strategy - just about 0.5%! Card counting can even give skilled players an edge.
